Hey guys!
Initially the past few months has been great. With all the habits I formed, the skills I honed and the actual time spent on doing those, prove to have the benefits that I envisioned that it would give me in the long run.
When it came to playing the piano, I have excelled and being able to play harder pieces is a testament to that. I am able to get and read scores with ease. Reading and absorbing books got quite faster . I am able to absorb not some but most of the information given to me by the book. Being able to meditate and being mindful through the day helped me achieve all the things I had to do. Recently, I got my kindle and I've been trying to post a review about it and how it surely is a big help when it comes to my reading rather than using the laptop, however there are some technical problems soo stay tuned.
Anyways
The thing is I feel like I have hit a plateau. Upon reading Peak, the author explains how we must go outside our comfort zone and continuously "level up or skills" as we practice them.
I've decided to apply for an internship for Ambidextr in order to get that level up. Being able to have actual work experience will help me with my resume along with reading and writing. Having someone to give you feedback about where to adjust when it comes to my own content writing will undoubtedly push me to be a better blogger or writer.
In line with this, I've decided to read a new book along with the book I'm reading right now. 30 Days- Change your habits, Change your life: A couple of simple steps every day to create the life you want by Marc Reklau. I accidentally extended my Kindle unlimited membership, therefore I'm trying to maximize that through reading a book in amazon. This book has decent reviews soo why not try. Other than that, 1984 by George Orwell one of the first Non Self Help book will keep me sane from the heavy workload that I will have.
Whether I get in the internship or not, I will do my best to double my efforts and get outside my comfort zone. I needed to address this stagnant progress that is why I'm doing all this. I will end this blog with a quote from Plato.
" The beginning is the most important part of the work"
Let us begin.
