This is amazing. I have feeling that a powerful exercise such as meditating can improve and benefit your life in different ways. There are plenty of scientific claims that this mere activity of just breathing which I think is being overlooked at has done a lot for me in the recent days. Especially we are in a time of crisis we need ways to calm our nerves and focus on what we need to focus. I'll list down what the actually benefits of meditating is as well with the links below but here are some of my personal experience.
After doing my meditation I wasn't quite sure what the point was. Breathing and just sitting calmly look stupid and boring. I'm a restless and impatient guy so being able to just sit and be still was quite a challenge for me. After a few weeks I finally gotten a hang of it. I was more mindful on the things I've done. After a session I get a spark of happiness by simply being present in the moment. The calm and tranquil sensation relieved me from the cluttered mind that I had. I think clarity is the best word that I can describe how I felt after each session. I meditate three times a day. The morning, after lunch and before I sleep. Each being able to remind me on focusing on the things that matter and less of doing things impulsively.
