I have finally finished reading The headspace guide to meditation and mindfulness. My rating in goodreads is about 3/5 since I already know some of the concepts and keys but it offered me new discoveries about meditation. Here is my review:
I have been using the headspace app for quite a while before reading this book and it still was a great supplement for my meditation. The book had a lot of fun and insightful stories that are turned into witty analogies which enabled me to understand what meditation and the mind are all about more clearly. The benefits of meditation and the stories told by this book help me engage more when it comes to my meditation. Before having read the book I just meditated and left that mindful moment in the session but this book explained how we should bring it to our everyday life even after the meditation session. This book is best for those who want to start meditating and at the same time can be a supplement who are current meditators.
It took me awhile to finish reading this book. Somewhere around 9-10 days.

Now its time to move on to a new book called Start with Why by Simon Sinek. Its a book about leadership sooooo I'll see what it is all about.
