Reading.

Another way for us to work our brain out is reading. The more you read the more knowledgeable you get. Therefore I have decided to take 1 hour of my time to read and learn new things. Whatever sparks my interests I will read it. I usually read Self-Help books. A fresh book that I just finished was Atomic Habits by James Clear. This was extremely helpful to my self-help journey and talks about how small changes have big remarkable results. Or something like that. In the days or hours to come I'd reflect on what I have read and see where this goes too.
